Manager Scott Young thinks Port Talbot are getting to grips with Championship Conference
MANAGER Scott Young believes Port Talbot are finally getting to grips with the Championship Conference ahead of their trip to Airbus tomorrow (2.30).
After a shaky start to the second half of the season, the Steelmen have won their last two matches without conceding a goal.
They overcame Carmarthen 1-0 last Friday to move fourth in the table.
"We created enough chances to win the game by three or four," said Young.

"The most pleasing thing is that we've kept two clean sheets, which to do in the top six is a challenge. The lads are now standing up to that challenge and hopefully they can continue that."
Port Talbot could again include Lloyd Grist against Airbus after he completed a loan deal from Llanelli to make his second debut last Friday. The 27-year-old previously enjoyed two seasons at the GenQuip stadium, making a total of 59 Welsh Premier League appearances before moving to the Reds.
"He was on our radar in January but nothing could be done then for one or two reasons and we've managed to bring him in now," said Young. "He'll give us added strength down the left-hand side and he gives us some options that we can work on down the left and at the back.
"James Bloom can play centre-half or left-back and Lloyd can play on the left side of defence or in midfield, so his arrival gives us one or two options and great competition."
