Man remains in "critical but stable" condition in hospital following Swansea street assault
A 26-YEAR-OLD man remains in a critical condition in hospital following an unprovoked street attack in Swansea.
The victim was set upon near the city centre Yates's pub in the early hours of December 27.
He suffered serious head injuries and is being treated in the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, where his condition has been described as critical but stable.
Meanwhile, police are continuing to appeal for anyone with information about the incident to come forward.

South Wales Police Detective Chief Inspector, Simon Davies, said: "A number of people have already come forward and provided us with invaluable information, but we still want to hear from anyone who was in the area and witnessed the attack."
A 24-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident.
