Man still in critical condition following incident in Fabian Way
A 21-YEAR-OLD involved in an accident on Swansea's Fabian Way remains in a critical condition, police have said.
The Post understands the pedestrian is from the Kenfig Hill area.
Officers are still hoping to speak to the driver of a white Skoda-style taxi travelling towards the city centre, who they believe stopped at the Port Tennant Road junction and talked to the pedestrian.
Not long afterwards, the 21-year-old was seriously hurt while crossing the carriageway. The car involved was a black Skoda, which was also heading towards the city centre.

The incident happened at around 11.15pm last Saturday.
St Thomas councillor Clive Lloyd said he had concerns about the number of serious accidents in Fabian Way.
Mr Lloyd said he hoped to receive a response from the Welsh Government shortly regarding a bid for money for central reservation barriers from the Cape Horner to the Port Tennant Road junction. The Labour councillor said some residents were confused by new pedestrian crossings because the little green man sign was to the side, not in front.
"We have serious concerns about these crossings — and people not using the crossings," he said.

“We need the street lights back on, not central reservation barriers, because unless you make them six feet high people will just step over them.
How many more people need to be knocked down on their way home from a night out before the council listen?”
