Man in critical condition after car hits fence in Merthyr Tydfil
A man is in a critical condition in hospital after a car crashed into a school fence in Merthyr Tydfil.
The serious accident happened at 3.50am yesterday at the Gurnos Ring Road.

South Wales Police are appealing for people to contact them who saw how a silver Corsa was being driven prior to it hitting a fence
A silver Vauxhall Corsa hit the boundary fence of Pen-y-Dre High School which resulted in the 19-year-old man, who was in the car, receiving life-threatening head injuries.
He is currently in a critical condition at the University Hospital of Wales, Heath, Cardiff.

Two other men who were in the vehicle are currently in police custody assisting with inquiries.
Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the collision or who can give any information about the manner the Corsa was being driven prior to the collision to contact them on 101 or 029 20222111 ex 42 323.
