Man charged on extreme porn
A MAN aged 71 has appeared in court charged with possessing extreme pornographic images of a person performing sex acts with dogs and horses.
David William Harvey, of Mumbles Road, West Cross, is also alleged to have had 100 child porn images.
No plea has yet been entered before Swansea magistrates, who have declined jurisdiction.
The prosecution allege the offences happened between September 19, 2009, and March 26 this year.
Harvey faces five charges of making an indecent image of a child and three of having indecent images.
In addition, the charge in relation to the extreme porn alleges he had 21 images "which portrayed in an explicit and realistic way, a person performing acts of oral sex and acts of intercourse with live animals".
Harvey was granted bail to appear before a Swansea Crown Court judge for a plea and case management hearing on October 18.
