Mix up
They left shortly after and then saw Stephens expose himself, before turning and urinating against a wall in front of the youths.
He was due to be sentenced at the last hearing but the court heard a pre- sentence report had not been prepared after a mix up over his address in Observatory Avenue, Milford Haven.
The matter was adjourned for another attempt at preparing a report.
The next hearing will be on October 10.
