Magistrates in case adjournment
A MAN accused of driving his car while twice the legal drink-drive limit has had his case adjourned until next month by city magistrates.
Mark Alan Pearce, 50, of Thomas Street, Abertridwr, Caerphilly, is alleged to have driven on Clos Cenawon, Cwmrhydyceirw, while having 178 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrams.
The case was adjourned until November 22.
