Lostprophets vocalist Ian Watkins remanded in custody following court appearance over child sex allegations
Lostprophets vocalist Ian Watkins reappeared before Cardiff Crown Court today to face child sex abuse allegations.
The 35-year-old appeared via videolink with two other women who face similar charges.

They spoke only to confirm their names at this morning's preliminary hearing.
Watkins, of Pontypridd, has been charged with conspiracy to rape a child under 13.

He also faces face five other charges relating to sexual offences against children.
Watkins stands accused of two incidents of conspiring to engage in sexual touching with two young children; possessing, making and distributing indecent images; and possessing “extreme” animal pornography.
Watkins was remanded in custody after being refused bail, and a plea and case management hearing has been scheduled for March 11 at Cardiff Crown Court.
