Llanelli-based Chwarae Teg received the award for its innovative use of technology in allowing trainers and officers to work remotely to deliver Institute of Leadership and Management training.
Susie Ventris-Field, senior project officer for Agile Nation, accepted the award on behalf of the organisation and said: "This award shows that what we're doing in Wales is breaking new ground in delivering learning and providing opportunities to people who might not otherwise receive those opportunities.
