Libraries stage wellbeing days

CARMARTHEN and Ammanford libraries are staging health and wellbeing days.

Local organisations including the cancer charity CISS, EPP, Merched y Wawr, the Money Advice Service and the WI will provide information on their work.

Taster sessions will include reflexology, Wii, Short Mat Bowls, St John's Ambulance, Tai Chi, Alexander Technique, hypnotherapy and many others.

It will run at Carmarthen Library tomorrow and at Ammanford next Tuesday between 10am and 4pm.
