Libraries offer test support
LEARNER drivers can steer their way to success in their theory test with the help of Neath Port Talbot libraries.
Library members can access Theory Test Pro, a new free e-resource, via the internet at their local library or from the comfort of their own home.
Provisional drivers can sign up to the service and practice their theory and hazard perception.
Council leader Ali Thomas said it was vital the authority provided current and useful online services.
