Man who filmed up women's skirts at Swansea Tesco is given 3 year order
A COUNCIL worker has been given a community order for filming up women's skirts at a Swansea supermarket.
As part of his punishment, Glen Gerald Elson must also complete a sex offenders treatment course.

Elson had previously pleaded guilty at Swansea Crown Court to four offences of outraging public decency.
He committed three of the offences by filming up women's skirts at Tesco's Oystermouth Road store on March 30.
Elson admitted outraging public decency that day by doing acts of a "lewd, obscene and disgusting" nature.
He also pleaded guilty to committing the same offence over a period of six months by filming up women's skirts between October 1 and March 30.
Supervision
Yesterday the 47-year-old, of Carlton Terrace, Mount Pleasant, Swansea, returned to court for sentencing, following the completion of a pre-sentence report by the probation service.
For the offences of outraging public decency Elson was given a three-year community order with a supervision requirement.
He must also undertake 100 hours of unpaid work in the community, and must complete a community sex offenders treatment programme.
The Post understands Elson works for Swansea Council as a car park attendant.
He was suspended from his job following his arrest earlier this year, and the Post understands he remains suspended.
A spokesman for the authority said: "It would be inappropriate to comment on individual staffing matters."
However, it is understood that following the completion of the court case, Elson now faces a work disciplinary hearing.
