Leon and Ashley the only Swans in magazine's top 50
SWANSEA City have just two representatives in FourFourTwo magazine's list of the top 50 Football League players.
Only Leon Britton (26th) and Ashley Williams (28th) were included in the annual run-down published this week, with Darren Pratley a surprise omission following an excellent campaign so far.
Dorus de Vries is also left out, as is Alan Tate, who is sure to be a contender for Swansea's player-of-the-year award.
Joe Allen didn't make the list but is at least included in the top five players submitted by overall winner Kevin Nolan and former Wales international Robbie Savage, who came 18th.
Cardiff's Anthony Gerrard (20th), Michael Chopra (8th) and Peter Whittingham (5th) were included, while ex-Swan Paul Anderson is 19th in the list.
The runner-up behind Nolan was West Brom midfielder Graham Dorrans, with Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford in third.

“Huw Jarsse, it is a disgrace that you weren't on the list!
Whatever you decide to do with squid in the privacy of your own home shouldnt affect your burgeoning footballing career!”

“I wasn't on the list either. I'm bitterly disappointed. I only entered to boost the profile of SCFC.
It's a conspiracy I tell thee. I should have been nailed on to be in the top ten at least ,other for the fact that I only play on the wing in my imagination, and that unfortunate squid related incident last month.”

“Didn't even realise we had strikers, based on our recent goalscoring form...such as it is”
