Legal highs still a danger
DRUG users are using 'legal highs' in the mistaken belief they are not harmful.
Doctors and drug agencies in Swansea have issued health warnings about new and emerging drugs, developed to keep one step ahead of the law.
Their warnings come amid increasing concerns about use of "meow meow" in Swansea, which was itself legal until two years ago.

“Stupid article. Methadrone, or what the media calls "meow meow" is not a "legal high". It's a class-B so-called "controlled" substance.”
