AN appeal against a decision by Swansea Council to refuse a planning application has been rejected by Welsh Government inspectors.

The development proposed the retention of an amended side extension to 135 Higher Lane in Langland, which had not been completed in accordance with its original plans. Inspectors concluded it harmed the living conditions of a neighbouring property.
