THE Langland Boardriders reclaimed the Welsh Inter Club Surfing Championships in freezing conditions at Rest Bay, Porthcawl.

The club brought the Wilkinson Sword trophy back to Langland after defeating some stiff competition from Welsh Coast surf club (Porthcawl) and Channel Coast (Llantwit Major).

Milly Zoeftig got Langland up and running with a dominant display in the women's competition, followed by Rhys Poulton, who won the juniors, and Conner Griffiths, who dominated the longboard.

Ejay Cogger ripped in the under-14s competition and Ed Bressnan was solid in the under-16 event.
