Labour's new office defended
A WELSH Government source has defended Tory attacks on its decision to invest in a Westminster office to promote Wales to the world.
Welsh Tories accused the Labour administration of frittering away tax payers money on a new office.
But, a Welsh Government source said: "With the London Olympics about to commence, we want to use every single opportunity to ensure we maximise any business opportunities that arise from the games.
"This would be impossible to do from our current location — a tiny room within the Wales Office — somewhere without even a waiting room.
