Kev Johns shoe shop research
RADIO presenter, thespian and super Swans fan Kevin Johns has turned his hand to a spot of method acting ahead of a new play.
Kev, who is a regular with Swansea-based Fluellen Theatre Company, will play a Victorian boot shop owner in a new production of the classic comedy Hobson's Choice at the Grand Theatre on March 7-9.
As he will play a leading role of an Edwardian boot shop owner he decided to pop into Dorian Heel Bar in Oxford Street in the city centre in order to get in some boot-making practice before heading to Wembley for the Swans game tomorrow.
The shop, which is jam-packed with Swans memorabilia, also has the contract for printing the names on the players' shirts.

Kev said: "I know Dorian through the Swans, they are great supporters and have been part of Swansea for years. I remember going there as a schoolboy!
"The play is all about a shoe shop and is very funny, so where better to get into character?"
