Jonathan Humphreys urges Ospreys to build on Ulster victory with win in Connacht
JONATHAN Humphreys has challenged the Ospreys to follow their "remarkable" win away at Ulster with another victory across the Irish Sea against Connacht on Friday.
The reigning RaboDirect Pro12 champions handed table-toppers Ulster their first home league defeat of the season with a 16-12 triumph at Ravenhill last weekend.

It was a gutsy team effort from the Ospreys, who defended stoutly and scored the only try of the game to hold on to their place in the Pro12 play-off zone.
Next up for Steve Tandy's side is a trip to Galway to take on Connacht, and the Ospreys' assistant coach Humphreys has urged the players to use their win in Ulster as a springboard for further success on the Emerald Isle.

"It was an unbelievable effort from the whole group," he said.
"Ulster are an outstanding team as we know and they had real quality on the pitch but we were deserved winners.
"We have to turn our attention to Connacht next weekend now. It's another tough ask on the road in Ireland but we'll approach the game like we do every one, with the right attitude and intensity.
"We'll be expecting this level of performance from the boys again because this one win will mean nothing if we don't back it up."
The Ospreys were without 23 players for the victory at Ravenhill, and they will be without a number of players for the trip to Connacht because of injuries and international call-ups.
But as they demonstrated against Ulster, the Ospreys can cope with such a spate of withdrawals.
"It was truly remarkable and I'm so proud of everybody involved here," said Humphreys.
"The spirit, the effort and the determination was second to none and that was typified by the spell when we were down to 14 men.
"There were so many boys out there who've hardly had any game-time at all, but look at the shift they've put in.
"We ended up with a young centre and a young scrum-half on the wings, both making their debuts, and they've tackled everything, chased everything.
"As a coach I can't ask for anything more than what we saw on Friday."
