Incapacity Benefit changes 2014
Now that the Tories have their feet under the table, I was wondering why the media was so intent advertizing facts regarding benefit fraud, usually at least once a week, well now I know why, it is to conjole joe public to appreciate Tory stance to "change the system". In doing so they will make sure that each claimnant goes through a medical review, regardless if they are disabled or not, borderline cases believe me will worry to what extent their benefits will decrease. I have had to assist a family member with long term illness and depression, as letters received thus far have been dogmatically officious to say the least. I'm not talking of cheats here there are disabled people out there that really do require benefits to live on, yet they receive letters as such: Your disability benefit will stop as from 14th November 2012 because you did not attend a medical service request: even though there were issues as to why they couldn't attend{ imeterial that is not acceptable so why didn't you attend on date specified} Depression is indeed a horrid illness in torrid times to sufferers, compassion though is none existant as illness's are not placed onto Social Service call centre's computors, also manditury demanding letters are sent out regardless if they upset anyone, which is the sad part. The Medical services by the way ask the claimnant for a doctors paper for proof if they are unable to go to see either them or their contemtables, the trouble here though is: Doctors believe me or not charge for: 1) DLA forms to be filled & stamped. 2) any medical changes required by social, in letter form at £20 a time, to date I would have paid out £60 of my families money who is in receipt of £105. weekly, to a Doctor on £250.000 per annum. So who's great Idea was it, to get disabled people to ask their doctor for a letter to prove they are disabled whilst their on disability payment...... at £20 a time......DUH.

“Of course there are those who rake off the system, there always have been. Though there are many who are genuine. The government has caused most of the problems.
Thoughout the 50/60's Britain was a engineering empire, then along came a woman called Thatcher who closed so many places that the only industry, created was unemployment.
I remember people who went to claim unemployment benefits were encouraged to claim sickness benefits,so unemployment figures could be lessen. Then along came Blair who cost us £billions by sending Britain to war in Iraq & Afghanistan, with the result over 600 of our troops being killed and with over 6000 left disable and needing care for the rest of their lives and having to live on benefits. Unemployment is still very high in Britain with our young generation having problems building a future.”

Osborne losing £3.4billion a year by lowering the top rate of income tax has to be recovered somehow.
And
the hundreds of £billions in uncollected taxes can't be acted upon due to HMLR staff cuts.
Did you get the Chancellor's letter asking you to respond to his proposal about Child Benefit?

“The issue I was bringing to attention is, there are loads of fakes on disability benefits.
If you are genuine, you should have nothing to worry about.
Seems to me those who worry the most about this are liars, or those who are putting it on so they can get an easy life.
Why would someone whose working prospects amount to them doing low paid miserable jobs, want to work, when they can put an act on and get looked after for life.
You can talk about pride all you want, but I dont respect anyone who works in a medial job, I just think they must be stupid if that is all they did with their life.
And I bet millions on benefits who are disabled COULD STILL do a job or some kind of community service, instead of being clothed and fed and given cars and all the things the rest of us have to work for.”

“Hadoken & lancelot: I feel quite sorry for you two since you've taken the trouble to conform with government propaganda here, this is a serious debate whereby disabled people are tarred with the same brush as malingerers, which believe me these cheats are a minority if you had taken the trouble to check through before trying to be funny. It is a worrying situation where genuinely Disabled Victims are Victimized through no fault of their own and no it's not a laughing matter, I pray to my god that you will not suffer the slight of disability, better still: go out and offer your services for a couple of hours, just push a disabled person around the shops for a day or two, it will even open your blinkered visioned eye's, or fill out the many forms required by Gov.com departments, also you can play a mouth organ in the town nearest you, when you've amassed £20 hopefully you can pass it on to your nearest GP surgery for their services, so he can right a half page on a disabled Victims (Gov. com) form , thank you for your input though, as for and against is all part of debate.”
