Improve access at airport
YOU printed a very topical letter last week regarding the urgency that Swansea needs to get its infrastructure in order, to benefit from the European travel that the Swans' success will bring to the Swansea Bay area.
Our local airport must be made more viable to receive both teams and supporters; this need was illustrated by your report that visitors from San Sebastian flew to Manchester — not Cardiff or Bristol — before travelling by road to Swansea.

Mrs Laudrup, on page 25 of the Wembley Cup Final programme, sums it up succinctly: "The only downside to living in Swansea is that the airport is too far away."

Air Wales applied to carry out this improvement
This was objected by the local Community
So I am affraid you have lost your chance”
