HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED
WALKERS are still needed to put their best feet forward to support forces charities.
The mammoth fundraiser which got under way on August 25 from Cardiff Bay has seen teams of people tackle the 870 miles of the Wales Coast Path.
So far, their efforts have brought in a whopping £216, 892 in aid of the Welsh Guards Afghanistan Appeal and Combat Stress.
But it's hoped the fundraiser will bring in £1 million for both charities.
Between Wednesday, October 16 and Monday, October 21, the walk will take in the route along the coastline between Freshwater West and Burry Port.
Walkers will then head along the stretch from Burry Port to Porthcawl, which the team will reach by Monday, October 28.
