HYWEL Dda Health board is celebrating progress in equality and diversity.
The board has increased its score in a survey which measures employers' efforts to tackle discrimination and create inclusive workplaces for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual (LGB) employees.
The results, published by Stonewall, showed work undertaken by the Equality and Diversity team has seen a number of initiatives implemented to help staff feel able to be themselves at work.
