Mrs Whittaker said: "This is our first formal AGM and we hope as many members attend as possible to join us in looking back on a successful first year.

"All members will also be given the opportunity to vote on key decisions at the event.

"We want to encourage our tenants and leaseholders to become fully functioning members of NPT Homes, so if they want to attend and have their say they should sign up for membership."

The AGM will be preceded by an exhibition starting at 4pm.

“Some detail from the annual report would be useful to have. Who is on what committee, who claims expenses, who attends, important things for accontability, especially when such large sums of public money are involved”

“Are they laying on transport for tenants at the top of the Afan, Neath and Dulais valleys, its not exactly central nor a place especially blessed with good public transport links.”
