Horses on the A484 into Llanelli spark road closure
A CARMARTHENSHIRE road had to be closed to drivers due to horses causing issues on the route.
The police took the step of closing the A484 near Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli during Tuesday afternoon and into the evening to avoid potential problems posed to motorists.
Action was taken to move the horses away from the central route into the town by officers along with workers from the local authority.
But the road was later re-opened to drivers during the day.
