I suggest you read properly Rachel's comments about her children, as it appears in her case, that her kids were being wrongly accussed by a 'Third party' and I beleive Rachel's account, especially in the absence of any substantiated, conflicting evidence!

Clearly, as there were witnesses to this event, hopefully the mindless, arrogant person who did the above acts, as described in the above article, will be brought before another form of (Legal) beaks if identified and caught.
