Honouring best of Welsh arts
THE best that Wales has to offer in film, television and interactive media will be celebrated tomorrow at Bafta Cymru's award ceremony.
First Minister Carwyn Jones will present the Gwyn Alf Williams Award for the programme which has contributed most to the understanding of history in Wales.
TV drama in Wales is flourishing, with productions including Dr Who, Sherlock, Being Human, Stella, and Torchwood made by Wales-based companies and crew. Several films have also been shot on location including Robin Hood, Harry Potter, Snow White and the Huntsman, and Clash of the Titans.
