Hits and humour in nostalgic show
HOPEFULLY you will be Shakin' All Over with laughter at Swansea's Grand Theatre tomorrow, with the The 60s Rock & Laughter Show on the cards.
Merseybeat stalwarts the Swinging Blue Jeans and glam hit-makers Marmalade will provide the hits from 7pm, while The Grumbleweeds dole out the laughs.
The Grumbleweeds started life as a pop group, playing dance halls and working in Germany along side The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.
But they were spotted by Ken Dodd's manager on Opportunity Knocks, and he knew how to exploit their comedy potential. As in their early days, the lads are keen on the silly stuff, so expect a proper family show from them.

Vintage
The other two acts will share a night of vintage chart hits like Hippy Hippy Shake, Good Golly Miss Molly, You're No Good, Don't Make Me Over, Ob-la-di Ob-la-da, Baby Make It Soon and more.
As with many of these nostalgia shows the numbers might be vintage but the musicians haven't stood still.
Most have paid their dues between then and now in a slew of top- flight acts and they serve up some quality musicianship.
