Hengoed Care Home bringing the party atmosphere for Capital One Cup final
THEY say the best things come to those who wait.
And members of the Jack Army living at Hengoed Court Care Home will be hoping their patience will be rewarded when they cheer on the Swans in the Capital One Cup final on Sunday.

swansea girls Hengoed Court Care Home residents Maria Harris and May Jones all ready for Swansea's cup final at Wembley.
Preparations are well under way at the home in Winch Wen ahead of the big match — and organisers are promising a party atmosphere for the game against League Two's Bradford City.
Owner Tim Williams said: "We are regulars at the football. We have been regulars for the past three years and normally four residents and four members of staff go along, although we missed the Chelsea semi-final because of the bad weather.

"We try and promote normal life here. If one resident was going to the football before they came, they can carry on with that.
"We were hoping to take some of the residents up to Wembley but we decided it would be a little bit too far.
"So we have decided to convert our television lounge into the Wembley Arena."
Ahead of the game, staff and residents have decorated the home in bunting and will be enjoying a drink or two as well.
And most residents are quietly confident of Swans bringing back the trophy.
"On the menu there will be shandy and sherry," Mr Williams said.
"It is unfortunate that kick-off is at 4pm as it might mean some residents miss the end of the game as we will be starting just after lunchtime!
"We have got a big 50-inch television too, ready to show the game live.
"We have had Sky Sports installed for a little while here and it's great to be able to watch it live.
"Everyone here can't wait for the match.
"We don't want to be overconfident, but we are hoping it is going to be a Swans win.
"We would love to watch some European games next year — we could even do a tour!"
