Hammer-wielding burglars threaten woman in own bed in Swansea
POLICE are hunting for two hammer-wielding burglars who broke into a woman's house in the early hours of the morning and threatened her before making off with cash.
Officers have condemned the raid as "horrific" and are appealing for anybody with information to come forward.

The victim — aged 28 — was home alone and in bed in Townhill when the burglars struck, and police say the experience has left her upset and distressed.
South Wales Police Detective Constable David Wellam appealed for help from the community.

He said: "This was a horrific incident for this young woman to be confronted and threatened by these men whilst in her own home during the early hours of the morning.
"It was a very frightening and traumatic experience which has left her extremely upset and distressed, but not physically injured.
"Whilst I appreciate that this attack has happened during the early hours of the morning, I am appealing to anyone who was in the vicinity and saw anything suspicious, or has any relevant information, to come forward."
The raid happened in Townhill Road at around 2am Tuesday, with the assailants making off with a phone, handbag and cash.
Police say the woman was unable to given them a description of the burglars.
