Gwalia hires assistant director of property services and management
A MAJOR housing provider in Swansea has boosted its property services and management team.
Gwalia has hired James Eades as assistant director of property services and management.
The 54-year-old will be responsible for Gwalia's repair and maintenance activities including the delivery of associated in-house services, such as void work, estate caretakers and cleaning.
He will be based at Gwalia's headquarters in The Kingsway, Swansea, and will report to executive director of property development and management Stuart Davies.
