SOME old-school Hollywood glamour will be unveiled at the latest burlesque show at Swansea's Grand Theatre tomorrow.

Bluestocking Lounge presents Burlesque Excess All Areas with a Marilyn Monroe-styled headliner Suzie Sequin presenting her tribute to the pouty bombshell — Sequinned Diamonds.

Then the show veers from Hollywood tinsel to Las Vegas-style exuberance and va-va-voom, with Viva Misadventure.

Thanks to the popularity of the Bluestocking Lounge shows here Viva is pulling a crowd to Swansea's Revue Studios at the moment with her burlesque masterclasses for beginners and impro- vers.

And London's Daisy Champagne will pop a few corks with her stylish routines.

The night features fun, vintage styling, theatricality, sketches and humour, with Lilly Laudanum and her comic characters, Miss Primrose Proper, DeeDee De La Rouge and others adding up to a colourful bill.

Gas Station Bop will provide the tunes to dance to in between the acts and there is a prize up for grabs for the most impressively dressed audience member too, so make an effort.
