Gatland to decide his future within weeks
WALES coach Warren Gatland has revealed he will make a decision on his future within the month.
Speaking on last night's Scrum V, the New Zealander revealed he is poring over a four-year offer to continue to coach Wales.
However, Gatland also admitted that there are family pressures for him to return to New Zealand when his current contract ends at the end of next year's World Cup.
"I have had some long discussions with Roger Lewis (WRU group chief executive) and there is a four-year offer on the table," he said.
"I have loved my time in Wales but there are family pressures in New Zealand to take into consideration. My family would like dad to be back home.
"I have to weigh everything up, but to be fair to everyone I hope to make a decision within a month."
