Focus on regions
NO doubt there would have been plenty of sore bodies and sore heads when the Six Nations heroes were welcomed back to their regions this week.
They would probably have had a big Saturday night and Sunday as well celebrating Wales's remarkable win over England.
But as the week has gone on they will also know there is a big weekend of Pro12 action ahead with only five rounds of fixtures remaining for both the Ospreys and Scarlets to nail down a play-off spot.
The key for these players is getting their mindset right, preparing for another 80 minutes of rugby. It will bear no comparison to last weekend, but these players know they have to be fully focused because their region needs them.

I just hope the feel-good factor in the Welsh game can continue at the Liberty this evening as the Ospreys take on the Dragons.
These boys deserve a big ovation and a big turnout from the Welsh public.
