Fined £50 for heroin
A MAN spotted acting suspiciously on CCTV was confronted by a police officer, and found to have heroin on him, a court heard.
CCTV operators were alerted to Daniel Williams, aged 29, on Orchard Street on the morning of September 4.
He was seen to enter the probation office, and when a police officer attended he was searched and six small wraps containing brown powder were discovered on him.
Swansea Magistrates Court was told Williams, of Mansel Street, claimed the wraps were for personal use, and that he had bought a "teenth" of heroin, for about £65, and had split them into separate bags.

In mitigation, Mark Davies said Williams had been released from custody in August, but had relapsed into using the drug again.
Williams was given a £50 fine for his latest offence, and £15 victim surcharge was removed because of time he had spent in custody, awaiting his court appearance.
