A NEW face has arrived at the Gorseinon branch of Peter Alan.

The company is pleased to announce the appointment of David Waterman as the new sales manager at the branch.

David has been with Peter Alan for 10 years and has progressed through the ranks having held the roles of sales negotiator, valuer and in more recent years sales manager.

David has worked in several different parts of Peter Alan's trading area gaining a wealth of experience in various markets from smaller valley communities up to major centres such as Cardiff.

Due to relocation David was keen to move to the West of the company's patch.

He said: "I am delighted to have been appointed to the Gorseinon branch and can see huge opportunity to assist clients in what is such a vast and diverse trading area. I fully intend to deliver top level customer service for all our clients in both the sales and lettings channels as I firmly believe that companies that focus on providing excellent customer service will succeed in any market."

David has several accolades to his credit. In 2010, despite the current challenges in the property market he broke a company record while managing the company's Maesteg branch.

And in 2011 David was at the helm of the company's flagship branch in Cardiff.
