Emyr Phillips leads Scarlets against Leicester
HOOKER Emyr Phillips will lead the Scarlets for the first time when they face Leicester on Sunday.
Phillips, who agreed a new three-year contract last week, skippers the Scarlets in their final LV= Cup pool match.
Phillips partners Rhodri Jones and Jacobie Adriaanse in the front row, with the overseas pairing of Jake Ball and Johan Snyman teaming up at lock.
Fly-half Owen Williams, 20, who featured against Sale last weekend and has impressed for Llanelli RFC in the Premiership, gets his second opportunity in a row with Gareth Owen remaining at full-back.
