ON alternate Thursdays, Swansea is awash with pink plastic bags blowing like confetti everywhere.
Among other things this presents a traffic hazard, and the solution would be quite simple — namely for residents to fill some plastic bottles with water.
This would weigh them down, and stop them blowing around and presenting a health and safety risk.
