SCHOOLCHILDREN are being given the chance to explore the theme of disability-related harassment through theatre.

Disability Wales and Taking Flight Theatre Company, with financial support from the Home Office, have developed an innovative forum theatre piece called Real Human Being.

It seeks to educate young people about the impact of disability hate crime on the lives of disabled people.

Performances are being carried out at a number of schools in South Wales, including Swansea's Bishop Gore and Gwendreath, near Llanelli.
