Dog walker who failed to clean up after pet fined in Kidwelly.
A MAN has been fined £75 for failing to clean up after his dog at Kidwelly Quay.
Council environmental enforcement officers issued the fixed penalty notice on Saturday morning in the car park after the man made no attempt to clean up the mess and walked away.
Enforcement officers have stepped up patrols in the town following complaints of dog fouling, particularly in Parc Stephens, and residents are urged to report offenders to the Dog Watch scheme.
