Does city have dog wardens?
WITH quite a few dog attacks lately — and dogs not on leads when signs saying they should be — are there still dog wardens still employed in the Swansea area?
I walk my dog daily but I've never seen any, I've seen plenty of traffic wardens "but cars don't bite".
