Doctor flies in for day of filming in Swansea
FANS of Doctor Who lined the streets on Monday to catch a glimpse of stars David Tennant, Catherine Tate and Bernard Cribbins filming in Swansea.
The actors were in the city filming scenes at the famous Kardomah Cafe, on Portland Street, for this year's Doctor Who Christmas special, which is set to be David Tennant's last ever episode in the role.

Fans of the show spoke of their excitement at seeing the Doctor in action as the man himself chatted with the fans.

“The Kardomah Cafe on Portland Street featured in this article is not the premises frequented by Dylan Thomas in the 1930s. The original Kardomah Cafe, the favourite haunt of the Kardomah Boys, stood in High Street and was destroyed during the 'The Three Nights Blitz' of February 1941”
