Former Doctor Who Colin Baker at Dolphin
DOCTOR Who star Colin Baker will be among the celebrities appearing at Swansea's next collectables and autograph fair Heroes and Legends.
Baker, who played the Time Lord in the late 1980s, features alongside boxing trainer Enzo Calzaghe, Star Wars puppeteer Jerome Blake and Marvel Comics cartoonist Anthony Williams.
