A GROUP of disabled footballers have said they fear for their future because they have no long-term venue in which to play or train.

Swansea Bravehearts are among several local sides set to lose out when the city's indoor Leisure Leagues centre closes on Sunday.

New owner Play Football, an outdoor facility based in Treboeth, said it would honour all bookings for the Cwmdu centre.

Bravehearts boss Gary Richards, a former Swansea City player, said his players were pleased to have a venue for the time being.

But he said they desperately needed to find a suitable indoor venue ready for the autumn and winter.

"We're really sad because the Leisure Leagues was ideal for us. We don't know what we are going to do now."
