“I don't mean any discrimination against women.ShaCa, you really mistook my comment. I just gasped Anna in admiration. I completely agree with you that Anna Bastek won her award because she is amazing at what she does. But the fact that she is female and from Poland makes difference to me because it increased the difficulty of her success, which makes me admire her more. I also admire Maria-Elisabeth Schaeffler of Schaeffler Group, knowing how hard it is to run a business that big.”

“I'm assuming ' by silli ' is a man. What a derogatory comment. I'm surprised ' blonde ' was'nt mentioned. Anna Bastek won her award because she is amazing at what she does. The fact that she is female and from Poland makes no difference. After all the Schaeffler Group has the incredible Maria-Elisabeth Schaeffler at the helm - wow - not only a woman but German as well !!! Overseeing one of the largest privately owned companies in Europe. Schaeffler are currently expanding their operation in Hungary, creating an additional 700 jobs and , guess what, two of the top jobs have gone to women - Mathe Agnes as Purchasing Manager and Rita Kenyeres as Personnel Manager.”

“Anna is a remarkable person in that she,a female, has made great achievements in a foreign land. What are the odds of that? But she made it against all odds. She deserves the award. Roger Evans, of Schaeffler UK, Llanelli was highly commended. And Schaeffler UK has just won the prestigious Wales Quality Award recently.”

“Many congratulations to both Anna Bastek for her award and Roger Evans, of Schaeffler UK, Llanelli who was highly commended. A great achievement and I applaud them both. The Schaeffler group just seem to be going from strength to strength not just in the UK but globally. Their innovative product range gives them a signifiacnt advantage over their competitors especially in these volatile times. With employees like Mr Evans on board, the future looks very bright indeed.”
