Death driver facing jail
A WOMAN is facing a prison sentence for causing a man's death by careless driving when she was over the legal alcohol limit.
Jolanta Pietrusinska, of Nathan Street, Llanelli, sobbed in the dock at Swansea Crown Court after pleading guilty.

Proceedings were translated into Polish when the 51-year-old mother of two appeared before Judge Huw Davies QC.
Pietrusinska pleaded guilty to causing the death of 69-year-old Terrence Button by driving without due care and attention on the B4311 in Burry Port on May 8 when she was over the alcohol limit.
Mr Button died a few weeks later on June 16.
Pietrusinska admitted that when she drove without due care and attention, she was over the legal alcohol, with a test showing 100 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood.
She wept in the dock as her barrister, Kevin Riordan, conceded that it was a serious case, and a jail sentence "must inevitably follow".
Judge Davies, adjourning for three weeks for a background report from the probation service, said the court was prepared to extend conditional bail in the meantime.
He told Pietrusinska: "The fact you have pleaded guilty will weigh in your favour at the sentencing hearing. But you must understand guidelines which are binding on this court indicate a custodial sentence is appropriate in a case such as this."
He imposed an interim driving ban on the defendant and ordered her not to leave the UK.
