Deadline close for property 'Oscars'
THE Welsh Property Oscars are coming up, and the deadline for entry is just days away.
Property and construction professionals across Wales are being urged to put their name forward for the 2013 RICS Wales Awards.
It is a high-profile opportunity for those in the industry to have their achievements recognised.
Inspirational initiatives and developments in the land, property, construction and environment sectors will all be celebrated.

Entry forms must be submitted by Friday.
The four categories to enter are regeneration, community benefit, building conservation and design & innovation.
They all build up to the scheme considered Project of the Year by the judges – one that has the highest scores across all categories.
This can be awarded to any one of the short-listed entries or winners of the four categories.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony on April 23 at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff.
All winners then go on to compete in the national RICS Awards held later this year.
Last year's winners included Myddfai Village Hall in Carmarthenshire for the Community Benefit Award.

RICS regional judging panel chairman Kevin Thomas said: "The property and construction sector is one of the most important contributors to employment and wealth generation in Wales and in recent years has been at the forefront of Wales's drive to become a world leader in sustainable building.
"Despite the slowdown in the economy, Wales still enjoys a large pool of talented individuals, companies and organisations in the sector and the judging panel looks forward to honouring the very best of them. We welcome anyone to submit a project, including those from outside the industry."
