Neath Port Talbot is part of the South Wales police force area, which also includes Swansea, Bridgend, Cardiff, Merthyr, Rhondda Cynon Taf and The Vale of Glamorgan.

They will oversee how crime is tackled in their area and aim to make sure the police are providing a good service.
