Cyclists will ride high for charity
IT'S not long now until an event which gets cyclists licking their lips in anticipation.
The South Wales Bike Ride is coming up on the rails again.
It starts out from Swansea's Recreation Ground at Mumbles Road on September 16.
More than 1,000 cyclists are expected to saddle up, with three routes to choose from.

The 12-miler covers half its distance on a traffic-free cycle path and is family friendly.
The 28-mile option is all along roads and contains some hills.
And the 46-mile route is the same, but with more hills and some junctions.
It is described as being not for the faint-hearted.
And the British Heart Foundation, which is organising it, is appealing for good support once more.
"I would like to call on Post readers to help save lives by signing up to BHF Cymru's South Wales Bike Ride, supported by Santander, on September 16,'' said event organiser Hannah Townsend.
"With so much success in Britain's cycling lately, there's no better time than to get on your bike and pedal like you're Bradley Wiggins!
"This is a great event and more than 1,000 people are expected to saddle up and help to raise £50,000 for the vital work of BHF Cymru."
