Councillors get blues
THE paint scheme for a storage container in Skewen Park is giving councillors the blues.
Coedffranc councillors allowed Skewen Cricket Club to locate the container behind the club. But council chairman Bob Richards was concerned it was to be painted blue.
Instead the club will now be asked to paint it either brown or green, which councillors said was more in keeping with a park environment.
"Otherwise it will stick out like a sort thumb," Mr Richards told councillors.
